At an early age, Christopher Schreiner showed a strong interest in construction.  What started as a childhood fascination, blossomed into a lifelong pursuit of creating high performing homes that stand the test of time. Having a strong field background while working with various trades throughout the early years of his career, Christopher has developed a skillset which sets him apart from others. This field experience coupled with a strong understanding of business provides the level of professional experience necessary to service clients in the high end custom home market.  Adding to his skillset, Christopher is proud to have achieved his Certified Passive House Builders' certification through PHIUS.  We are here to help educate our clients on the growing interest in creating high performing homes.
